Promotion team
We are looking for experienced promoters who are presentable and like meeting people. Who will go around town to the center, the hotels and all the popular places, to promote BMI and getting new potential customers.
Bartenders
Experienced bartenders who are keen in making the best cocktails, coffees and other drinks. Who can work in a team and can handle stress. You must have good communication skills as you will need to have constant contact with bar backs and waiters.
Waiters
At least 3 years of experience in restaurants. Knowledge of wines, service,
Assistant Waiters
You will assist a waiter in an assigned area. You will help taking out plates and serving our guests.
Restaurant Manager
We are looking for qualified and experienced restaurant managers; wines, food and high standard service knowledge is required; you must be able to manage our restaurant and its staff. A service minded attitude is very important. As Blue Marlin Ibiza can be very busy you must be able to handle stress and different situations.
Busboy
Retrieving glasses from the dance floor, beach and bars. Putting the beds on the beach in the morning, sofa´s on the terrace. Bringing and taking away umbrellas/heaters.
Bar backs
Assisting the bartenders. Making sure they have everything they need and assisting them where needed.
Reception
Presentable looking, friendly, good communication skills. The receptionist is the first person to come in contact with our guests. That means we need patient, friendly and helpful people. The receptionist must greet the guests and ask how they can help, If they have a reservation etc. You must be able to work under stress, be well organized and work in a team.
Dancers
For July and August we need dancers for the Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. We are looking for experienced pretty dancers.
Security
Experienced, patient and licensed security guards.
Floor manager
We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail and has very good communicative skills. Someone who is very precise, who can overlook the operations, act depending on needs, and can keep an eye on the service. Who can manage all the different areas and can coordinate the working staff.
Cleaning team
We are looking for people with experience in the cleaning services, who can ensure an accurate and precise cleaning of the facilities, somebody who can understand that this section has the same importance as the other areas.
