The restaurant serves fusion Mediterranean cuisine with a hint of the orient. Chef Christian Dintl and his team offer many outstanding dishes – created with particular flair and imagination. Succulent Sushi from sushi master Tom Blackshaw, of the highest quality with subtle flavors.
Christian Dintl is a young ambitious chef from Salzburg whose priority is to use only the best and freshest products available.
He likes to combine Mediterranean products with oriental flavors.
The 31 year old Austrian discovered his passion for cooking already at a very young age while helping his mother preparing the meals. After finishing the Hotel school in Bad Hofgastein (Austria) and working in some prestigious Austrian restaurant he decided to explore the international cuisine on a cruise ship.
Silversea Cruises gave him the opportunity to work with some of the best chefs, but even more inspiring for him was working with international staff from around the world.
After 4 years working at sea he thought it would be time to set foot on the ground, so he continued his career in Michelin starr restaurants like: Hotel Post in Lech, Restaurant Magazin in Salzburg, Restaurant Eleven Lisbon and working with Joachim Koerper the former owner of restaurant Girasol with 2 Michelin stars with whom he participated at the Singapore food festival.
5 Years ago he followed the sun and moved to Ibiza where he joined Blue Marlin Ibiza 4 years ago.

Young ambitious sushi chef from Oxford, England. Trained previously under Chun Tsui, executive chef of the world renowned Aqua group and sushi master Peter Sol Rogers. Has worked at some of the most prestigious locations around Europe providing sushi for events such as the Monaco Grand Prix, Cannes Film Festival and to private villas and chalets in the Swiss Alps. Focus on using traditional techniques, sourcing the freshest local sustainable fish while also creating delicious and innovative new sushi ideas.
Personable and informative, enjoys sharing a passion for Japanese food and flavours with discerning clientèle.
