The weekend Blue Marlin Ibiza will re-open its doors. Our chef has made a new menu for 2012.
Our signature dishes will of course stay on the menu, but we will also surprise you with some new creations of our head chef Christian Dintl.

On Sunday we do what we’re famous for! And that doesn’t mean April’s fools! Our resident DJ Tom Crane will start this special day with his catchy tunes, the first Sunday of the season, followed by the one and only mash-up band in the world Mash Machine. After Mash Machine Danny Avila will make sure you will keep on dancing until midnight! Last but defenitely not least our residents Vidal Rodriguez and Valentin Huedo will play and finish the night with a bang!
The kitchen will be open from 1pm until 7pm. So make sure you have a reservation.
On this spectacular day we will present our Magazine, called BMI:MAG (Blue Marlin Ibiza Magazine) to the world! We want everyone to be a part of this very special event.
